Tel Ganesan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kyyba Ventures, a venture firm for Healthcare Services, Medical Devices and Digital Health technologies. He is also Founder and Managing Director of Kyyba Xcelerator, an accelerator fund that focuses on connected cars and disruptive technologies. Tel is Founder, Chairman of Kyyba, and former Chief Executive Officer (2005-2016), a Michigan headquartered global IT, Engineering and Professional staff augmentation company with Customized Project Solutions and Business Consulting Services.
Tel is on the Advisory Committee for the National Veteran Business Development Council, Board of Directors for Global Detroit and also is a member and Board of Advisors of Ann Arbor-SPARK, Astia (to propel women’s full participation in fueling innovation and driving economic growth and where women innovators succeed). Tel is currently the President of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Detroit chapter for the second term and previously the president of the chapter for two consecutive years (2009-2010). He served as the Chairman of TiECon and led the development of TiE’s flagship conference on Entrepreneurship in Detroit during turbulent times. Tel is the Founder & President of the Kyyba Kidz Foundation to assist orphaned children and underprivileged individuals by providing job training for job placement resulting in gainful long term career. He served as the past VP of American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin (ASEI).

Geebee Thimotheose is a Partner of Kyyba Ventures, a venture firm which focuses on connected cars, digital health and disruptive technologies. He graduated summa cum laude from Walsh College with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Thimotheose also has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit-Mercy, graduating with honors. In addition he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Mary’s College, graduating cum laude. Geebee holds membership in such esteemed organizations as Delta Mu Delta - The National Honor Society in Business Administration, Psi Chi - The National Honor Society in Psychology, The National Dean’s List, All American Scholar, and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
Geebee has worked as a clinical psychologist in private practice and held senior leadership positions in the financial services industry. He is well recognized by many professionals in the financial, medical, academic and engineering fields and has been interviewed in print and television media. He has been a keynote speaker for such distinguished organizations as the Detroit Rotary Club, the West Bloomfield Rotary Club, and Walsh College.
Geebee is the former President of the West Bloomfield Rotary Club, one of the most respected service organizations in the world and he is currently the Vice President of the West Bloomfield Optimist Club, one of the largest Optimist clubs in the state of Michigan. He has brought such notable individuals as Major General Robert Smith III, Hollywood cinematographer Robin Browne, U.S. Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence, and billionaire entrepreneur John W. Barfield as keynote speakers to the West Bloomfield Optimist Club. Geebee is the recipient of the Rotarian of the Year Award and was awarded the Spirit of Optimist Community Service Award. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Society of Excellence President’s Circle Award.
Mr. Thimotheose has developed an extensive network among start-ups and venture capital firms in Israel, the Middle East, and India. He has built core access and connection to capital markets in Turkey, UAE, and India. Geebee’s expertise lies in bridging the financial and growth needs of start-ups with extensive capital and management resources of high net worth private investors.

While working as President, Trairq Health he brought unique knowledge of the impacts that IT decisions, healthcare regulations, and the financial tightening that fee-for-service reimbursements can have on today’s healthcare industry. Piyush worked with both business and healthcare leaders in setting forward strategic goals as well as benchmarking and business modeling toward value-based solutions.
Prior to joining Triarq Health, Piyush served as a senior-level business executive at Accenture where he worked with C-level executives at a variety of diverse, global Fortune 500 corporations – including software and hardware vendors – to maximize efficiencies and corporate value. Piyush also spent time at Chrysler in IT supporting finance, engineering, human resources, and shared services organizations. Piyush holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics from Kurukshetra University and a Master's degree in computer applications from the Birla Institute of Technology in India.
